Introduction to College and Pathways
The “Introduction to College and Pathways” module will provide an overview of Alamo Colleges and the academic options & career programs we offer.
Admissions Process
The “Admissions Process” module will give you helpful information about what you need to do in order to apply for admission at Alamo Colleges.
Paying for College
The “Paying for College” module will share numerous ways that you can make college financially possible.
I-CARE
The "I-CARE" module will describe your responsibilities as an Alamo Colleges student and share ways for you to be successful in college.
Assessment Information
The “Assessment Information” module will prepare you for assessment and inform you of the placement process.
Test Prep
The “Test Prep” module will review key concepts on the Accuplacer test and strategies that will help you prepare for the test.
Advising
After successfully completing the MyMAP modules, students will gain access to the mandatory Hands On-Line Advising system in order to register for classes (available October 15, 2012).

Alamo Colleges has created a new comprehensive system designed to improve student success called MyMAP, My Monitoring Academic Progress. It is a personalized tool which consists of a series of online modules to help new students transition to college. MyMAP will also monitor students’ progress until they earn a certificate or degree.
