of Service: Substance Abuse Panel 10 (SAP 10) with integrity
checks for Creatinine
and Ph levels, substance Abuse Panel 10 - consists of: Amphetamines,
Barbiturates, Benzodiazephines, Cocaine metabolites, Marijuana Metabolites,
Methadone, Methaqualone, Oplates, Phencyclindine, and Propoxyphene.
Laboratory
will run a Gas Chromatography/Maxx Spectrometry (GC/MS) confirmation
test on positive results.

Procedure:
Students will pay at the time services are rendered. Services
for employees requested by ACCD will be placed by issuance of a written
purchase order.
