How do I apply for Admission?

Students can apply to any one of the Alamo Colleges through the Texas Common Application system.

How do I register for courses?

First-time-in-college students, students on progress probation, and students on enforced scholastic withdrawal must see a counselor prior to registration.

Students cleared to register may register by Web.

WEB REGISTRATION

Go to "Web for Students"
Click on your respective college (NLC, NVC, PAC, SAC, SPC)
Select "Login to Student Services"
Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on LOGIN.
Select "Registration & Schedule."
Select a Term.
Select "Add or Drop Classes."
Follow on-screen instructions. After five minutes of inactivity the system will disconnect and you will have to try again.

How can I apply for financial aid?

1. Go to: Student Information Access and Online Registration

2. Click on your respective college (NLC, NVC, PAC, SAC, SPC)

3. Click on "General Financial Aid" and choose the appropriate option

How can I access my grades?

Grades can be accessed through the web!

Go to: Student Information Access and Online Registration
Select your current college (ex. NLC, NVC, PAC, SPC, SAC)
Click on Login to Student Services.
Select Student Registration and Information access.
Enter Student ID
Enter Student PIN
Click LOGIN and follow on-screen instructions to view your grades.

What is my Student ID or Student PIN?

Student ID (Social Security Number Ex. 456908974)

Student PIN (Month and Year of Birth Ex. 0879)

How do I get an Alamo Colleges E-mail address?

Go to the PALS web site: http://www.alamo.edu/pals
Click on the name of your college
If you are new to PALS, click on the link entitled
"CLICK HERE TO OBTAIN YOUR LOGIN USERNAME"
Once you are aware of your assigned Username and Password, type your Username and Password in the "SECURED Alamo CollegesESS LOGIN" and click "OK"
Once inside PALS, click on the "EMAIL" icon on the top, right side of the screen
Follow PALS email instructions to send and receive email with your Alamo Colleges e-mail address
