Student Information & Online Registration
How to register on the web
- Under "Student Services" select your college
- Select "Login to Student Services"
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on "Login"
- Select "Registration & Schedule"
- Select a term.
- Select "Add or Drop Classes"
- Follow on-screen instructions. After five minutes of inactivity, the system will disconnect and you will have to try again.
Locating how much you owe for tuition
- Under "Student Services" select your college
- Select "Login to Student Services”
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on “Login”
- Select “Account Summary”
- Select a term
- If you are enrolled at more than one Alamo College... Please notify a Business Office Cashier to adjust the two charges.
Payment Options
Web Payment (Use any computer with
Internet access; the Alamo Colleges site is secure)
- Under "Student Services" select your college
- Select “Login to Student Services”
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on “Login”
- Select “Account Summary”
- Select a term
- Follow on-screen instructions.
In Person Payment (by cash, check, credit card)
- Go to your college (physical addresses listed below)

Transcript Requests
- Under "Student Services" select your college
- Select "Login to Student Services"
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on "Login"
- Under Student Records, click "Official Transcript Request"
Student ID and Pin
- Your Student ID is your Social Security Number.
- Your initial PIN is the month and year of your birth. Example: 0182 (Birthdate: January, 1982) PIN numbers should be changed frequently.
