What is my Student ID or Student PIN?

For security, Alamo Colleges no longer use students’ social security numbers as student IDs, instead students are assigned Banner ID numbers as Student ID numbers.

How do I order an official transcript?

Official Transcript Requests

Transcript requests are being processed daily, however, due to required validation of converted data, it may take more than 10 business days to process your request. Please contact your Enrollment Services/Admissions and Records Office if your request is not processed in 10 business days so that they may follow up on your request. Please do not submit another request, as this may further delay your transcript.

Request official transcripts in ACES by doing the following:

Login to ACES
Click Web Services
Select Student Tab
Go to Student Records
Click Academic Transcripts
Select Request Printed Transcript (at the bottom of the page)

If you have questions about the courses or grades on your transcript, please contact your Enrollment Services/Admissions and Records Office for assistance.

How do I order an unofficial transcript?

Viewing and Printing Your Unofficial Alamo College Transcript

Students can view and print their unofficial Alamo College transcript in ACES Student Self-Service. The Alamo Colleges transcript includes ALL courses taken at all of the Alamo Colleges and lists the college where each course was taken. The grade point average (GPA) combines ALL courses taken at the Alamo Colleges. The combined GPA may result in a change in the GPA and Academic Standing for some students. If you have questions about the contents of the transcript, contact the Enrollment Services/Admission and Records Office at your college.

Please note that unofficial transcripts are available in ACES by doing the following:

Login to ACES
Click Web Services
Select Student Tab
Go to Student Records
Click Academic Transcripts
Select Transcript Level --> Undergraduate
Select Transcript Type --> Unofficial Transcript
Click Submit

How do I pay online?

Login to the ACES portal
Select Student.
Select Web Services.
Select Student and Financial Aid.
Select Student Account.
Select Account Summary to review your account balance.
To make a payment, select Make a Payment.

How to register on the web

Login to the ACES portal with your Alamo Colleges ID and Password (If you do not have your Alamo Colleges ID and password click here for instructions.
Select Student.
Select Web Services.
Select Student and Financial Aid.
Select Registration.
Select Add or Drop Classes.
Select a Term and Submit.
Select Class Search.
Select the Subject you are looking for. You can choose to enter a college, location/attribute type, course number, time and/or day. NOTE: The location/attribute type option allows you to pick alternate locations like a SAC course being held at NLC.
Enter your information then select Class Search at the bottom. This returns a list of all courses meeting the criteria you entered. Courses you are eligible to register for will have a check box available to you. Select the course you want by checking the box next to that section.
Check the appropriate class, scroll to the bottom and select Register.
You will be taken back to your schedule to view it with the new class added. If there were any errors or holds (pre-requisite, co-requisite, other restrictions), the error/hold would display with your schedule and the course will not be added.
Repeat steps 7-12 to add additional classes.
To Drop classes from your schedule, click the drop down menu beside the course you wish to drop and select **Web Dropped Prior to Term**.
At the bottom, select Submit Changes and the course will be removed from your schedule.

Select Student and Financial Aid.
Select Student Account.
Select Account Summary to review your account balance.
