First-term U.S. Rep. Francisco “Quico” Canseco (R-San Antonio) will debate with Democratic challenger, state Rep. Pete Gallego, on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at 6 p.m. The candidates will focus on key matters affecting retirement security, including the future of Social Security and Medicare. The 90-minute Spanish debate will be filmed and broadcast at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, on KWEX-TV (Time Warner Channel 8).
