Business Information Solutions Department is proud to present the National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance training, cost covered by National Science Foundation.

Do you want to improve or enhance your Cyber Security Skills? Then be a part of our FREE professional training! The NSF (12-531) – Cyber Security: First Responders Program will be conducting Summer Training for all Professionals. In the IT field, Middle, High School teachers and SPC faculty, come join St. Philip's College for FREE training sessions.

  • Training Session: Session 1: July 8-12 | Session 2: July 15-19
  • Time: 8am - 4pm
  • Location: Training provided at the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) 4350 Lockhill Selma. Suite 100, San Antonio, TX 78249

The Summer Training objectives is to provide the knowledge and skills required to identify risk and participate in risk mitigation activities, provide infrastructure, application, operational and information security, apply security controls to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability, identify appropriate technologies and products, and operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws and regulations.
