Survey Solutions
Information Technology Services develops and maintains a suite of survey solutions to support academic and administrative survey initiatives.
E-mail Services
In an effort to provide a reliable, functional and a unified email service, Information Technology Services will undertake an enterprise level email upgrade project. The project will involve upgrade to new hardware, new anti-spam and email application software for the Alamo Colleges largest email system.
Telecommunications Services
Information Technology Services is responsible for providing all telecommunication support services including installation of telephone lines, devices, voicemail, long distance and PBX switchboards.
Mail Services
Information Technology Services provides metered mail services the US Post Office for District business mail. Pony services are also provided to and from district and college locations.
Network Services
Information Technology Services is generally responsible for all Enterprise networking resources, including enterprise system maintenance, servers, routers, internet service and network security services.
Client Services
Client Support Services, a unit of Alamo Colleges Information Technology Services, includes the Support Central Helpdesk, software distribution, desktop support, IT training, end-user systems, integration services and software site license coordination. The purpose of Client Services, as well as this web site, is to help you find answers.
Application Development
Services include, new application development, platform upgrade, application design, application solution and architecture, application integration and system testing services for all enterprise application systems.
eLearning Services
Information Technology Services maintains and provides a suite of technology tools and services to support online education, including support and maintenance of WebCT, Respondus, TurnItIn, Elluminate and PALS portal.
