Procedure:	Forward all materials, including a completed postage voucher, to your college mailroom. The mailroom will assist you in preparing the shipping document for mailing and schedule pick-up. You must have a physical address and phone number for receiver. A charge will be made to your budget account. Mail service will not have a copy of billing. These can be made at accounts payable by the department. After Hours Option: The U.S. Postal express mail service is available Monday-Saturday, 7 a.m. - 12 p.m. mignight; Sunday and holidays, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. mighnight at 10250 John Saunders (airport location). Parceis requiring 'after hours' shipping will be reimbursed if the U.S. Postal Service is used. The employee may use their P-Card or pay out-of-pocket and get reimbursed by petty cash (under $100) or direct pay (under $250).
