Procedure:	Walk-in purchase is limited to $250 per person per day and is only to be used for official Alamo Colleges business. Alamo Colleges employees may use their P-Card or pay for the purchase out-of-pocket (showing his/her Alamo Colleges ID card. [Sales tax should not be charged.] The employee is reimbursed by petty cash (under $100) or direct pay (under $250), if paying out-of-pocket. PLEASE NOTE: Walk-in purchases are limited to store stock items only. Purchases made with the PCard do not require the employees ID or Discount/Tax exempt card.
