Welcome back to Alamo College! 

You can order a Duplicate Diploma, Official Transcripts or re-apply for admission using our on-line services. 

Duplicate Diploma

Lost or misplaced your original diploma?  You can order a Duplicate Diploma for $25.00 as a replacement for your original Diploma.  The replacement diploma will be similar to the original but will have the signatures of current Board members and the current College President.

You can pay for you Duplicate Diploma using Visa or Master Card.

Transcript Request

Transcript requests take 3 to 5 business days to be processed.  Please contact your Enrollment Services/Admissions and Records Office if your request is not processed in 7 business days so that they may follow up on your request.  If you were a student prior to 1985, your transcript request may take longer to process due to the format of the records. Please do not submit another request, as this may further delay your transcript.

You may request your official transcripts using one of the following methods:

1)     On-line via ACES (See how to log-in to ACES below.)

2)     By mail,

3)     In person at the Enrollment Services/Admissions and Records Office on any of the 5 Alamo College campuses.

 

Logging-In To ACES

If you were a student at one of the Alamo Colleges after 1984, you can log-in to ACES to use the on-line services even if you don’t remember your ACES User ID or password.

Find instruction on how to log into ACES.

Once you have logged into ACES:

  • Select  the Student Tab
  • Click Web Services (on left of page, under tabs)
  • Select 'Student & Student Financial Aid'
  • Select 'Student Records'
  • Select 'Request Printed Transcript' 

If you have documents that must accompany your official transcript, email them in pdf format to: dst-csitranscripts@alamo.edu. Documents must be emailed the same date your transcript request is submitted and must include your Banner ID, Full Name, and your DOB (or last 4 digits of your SSN).

If it is determined after speaking with someone at the Help Desk (210-485-0555), that you do not have a useable ACES account, you may access our Alamo Colleges Mall to submit and pay for your transcript request.
