Welcome Students,
If you are new to online courses, you are required to enroll in a free "Orientation to Online Learning" in Canvas. You may register for a free mini-course (Orientation to Online Learning) by registering in ACES portal, and practice using the Canvas tools. The mini-courses are listed below by term.

If you prefer to attend an on-campus orientation, the NVC Distance Learning Department is offering one-hour face-to-face sessions to introduce students to the most common Canvas Tools used in online classes. The sessions are free. These sessions do not take the place of the required instructor/class orientations on-campus.
