The Alamo Colleges offers enrollment to all prospective international students seeking to study in the United States. The international student services department at Northwest Vista College, Palo Alto College, St. Philip’s College, and San Antonio College accept all international applications and transcripts in order to begin processing the Form I-20. A combined total of more than 450 international students from approximately 70 countries are hosted by the Alamo Colleges annually. All students receive course instruction in the arts and sciences that transfer to either a four-year college or university or to the workforce.

International students who attended a high school or college in a country other than the United States must have a transcript translated and evaluated by an organization that meets the quality guidelines endorsed by the National Association of Credential Services (NACES).
