CompTIA A+

Content also includes protocols and services, and students will learn the layers of the OSI model, features and functions of network components and the skills needed to install, configure, and troubleshoot basic networking hardware peripherals and protocols. 5 days, 40 hours.
CompTIA Network+

CompTIA Security+
This course covers general security concepts, communication security, infrastructure security, basics of cryptography, and operational/organizational security. Students will recognize and be able to differentiate and explain the access control models, authentication, recognize attacks and how to respond, suspicious code and appropriate actions, understand remote access technologies, security concerns of concepts such as wireless, routers, etc., identify and explain cryptographic algorithms, and understand the concepts of physical security. Although not a prerequisite, it is recommended that CompTIA Security+ candidates have at least two years of on-the-job technical networking experience, with an emphasis on security. The CompTIA Network+ certification is also recommended. Because human error is the number one cause for a network security breach, CompTIA Security+ is recognized by the technology community as a valuable credential that proves competency with information security. 5 days, 40 hours.
CompTIA Linux+
This CompTIA course is an overview of industry-standard concepts in Linux configuring and troubleshooting. Students will learn to: use command lines for Linux system management, create and administer user accounts, establish and administer permissions, load, configure and manage Linux-based clients, server systems and security. 5 days, 40 hours.
