Proctored Exams

All Alamo Colleges in the district have established test centers; the off-site centers, such as Floresville, have been designated as testing sites as well.

When inquiring about proctored exams, students are asked to contact the Floresville Center staff at least 48 hours in advance of their desired test date or due date. Students must contact the instructor for approval of their intent to use the Floresville site for the exam.  Upon consent of the instructor, the student must provide the instructor with the Floresville Center's contact information to send testing conditions/specifications in advance.  The instructor should also include contact ifnormation in the event there are techinical difficulties with an assessment (if proctored online) or for any last minitue questions that arise prior to the start of the exam. On the day of their scheduled test administration, students must bring a photo ID or they will not be allowed to test.
