Support Services
In addition to
comprehensive education and training, eligible participants in I-BEST training
programs have a two-tiered student support system to assist them with program
retention, completion and employment success.
An Educational Case
Manager acts as a first-tier contact for students, providing onsite guidance
and case management. The Educational Case Manager works with the program’s
collaborating agencies to provide services such as career counseling, job
matching assistance and supportive services including referral to resources
such as transportation assistance, counseling, and housing assistance to
eligible students.

training students for career-path employment.
