Register on the Web
- Read through the appropriate college schedule and select the courses you wish to take.
- Go to "Web for Students"
- Select your college
- Select "Login to Student Services"
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on "Login"
- Select "Registration & Schedule"
- Select a term.
- Select "Add or Drop Classes"
- Follow on-screen instructions. After five minutes of inactivity, the system will disconnect and you will have to try again.

Locating How Much You Owe for Tuition
- Go to “Web for Students”
- Select your college
- Select “login to Student Services”
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on “login”
- Select “Account Summary”
- Select a term
- If you are enrolled at more than one Alamo College... Please notify a Business Office Cashier to adjust the two charges.

- Have your credit card or check payment ready.
- Click “Web for Students”
- Select your college
- Select “Login to Student Services”

Transcript Requests
- Go to "Web for Students"
- Select your college
- Select "Login to Student Services"
- Enter Student ID and PIN. Click on "Login"
- Under Student Records, click "Official Transcript Request"
Student ID and Pin
- Your Student ID is your Social Security Number.
- Your initial PIN is the month and year of your birth. Example: 0182 (Birthdate: January, 1982) PIN numbers should be changed frequently.
