My Teaching Philosophy is to ultimately promote healthy integrative discussions that will provide food for thought. As a Nutritionist, I will encourage you to ask what you eat and why you eat it.
Eating to Live or Living to Eat – in both cases you have to take the right food choices! Only a career in Nutrition has helped me eat right while enabling me to guide others as well.
Pay attention in class, ask questions and study the provided course material.
The Biology department is Interdisciplinary; all instructors are easily approachable and care for student’s success.
