From August 8 - August 10, 2012, 150+ individuals from across the United States gathered in San Antonio, TX with the common goal of celebrating best practices in adult literacy and discussing long-term policy implications towards improved assessment, instruction, funding and college and career transitions for lower-skilled and limited English proficient adults in Texas.
