Vice Chairman of the Alamo Colleges Board of Trustees, Mr. Marcelo Casillas took to the pitcher’s mound to throw the first pitch at Alamo Colleges Night at the San Antonio Missions game on Friday night. 5,112 baseball fans received a first-hand opportunity to learn more about our colleges and programs at the event on August 10, 2012. College representatives on-hand answered questions and distributed information. By all accounts, it was an exciting game which was delayed 48 minutes by a ferocious dust storm. The Missions emerged victorious 3-2 after a 14 inning marathon.
