Payment Deadlines - Spring 2013

Students who do not pay tuition and fees by the payment deadline will be dropped from their classes.
If you registered:

Nov. 12 to Dec. 6 – Pay Thursday, Dec. 6 in person by 6 pm or online by 11:59 p.m.

Dec. 7 to Dec. 20 – Pay Thursday, Dec. 20 in person by 6 pm or online by 11:59 p.m.

Dec. 21 to Jan 10 – Pay Thursday, Jan. 10 in person by 6 pm or online by 11:59 p.m.

Jan. 11 – Jan 21 – You must make the payment the same day. If the Enrollment Services/Admissions office is closed, you must pay online by 11:59 p.m.

View and Pay Your Account
Log into the ACES portal with your Alamo Colleges ID and Password.

Select Student
-
Select Web Services
-
Select Student and Financial Aid
-
Select Student Account
-
Select Account Summary to review your account balance
-
Select Make a Payment
-
Select Alamo Colleges Account Suite. This will take you to the TouchNet Payment website.

To pay in full select Make a Payment

To sign up for the Installment Plan, select Enroll in Plan
