Students majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Palo Alto College will compete in the 32nd Annual Operation Stimulus Conference and Case Competition in Denver, Colo., from Jan. 31 - Feb. 2.
The annual conference for undergraduate students features specialized workshops led by industry professionals while providing networking opportunities with industry experts. Students across the United States and Canada are invited to participate in an undergraduate case study competition judged by industry professionals.
“Logistics involves the transporting, storing and moving of materials, and it is a huge industry that needs trained employees,” explained PAC Logistics Instructor Ronnie Brannon. “The conference will enable the students to hear from industry leaders on cutting-edge technologies and theories in logistics and transportation management.”
Other educational institutions scheduled to attend include Colorado State University, Michigan State University, Penn State, University of North Texas, Syracuse University, and more. To learn more about the Operation Stimulus Conference, visit www.operationstimulus.org.
