Speakers Share Stories with Students

Northwest Vista College has an inspirational lineup of speakers who will be visiting the campus to share their insight and knowledge.
Here’s a lineup of a few of the speakers set to come:
March 19 –
Betty Ramirez Sinners is a motivational speaker and survivor of abuse - For location and time, contact Roopa Prasad.
March 25 – Kevin Hines is a speaker who deals with bi-polar disorders - He is one of 33 Golden Gate bridge jump survivors and is spreading the message of living mentally well and the prevention of suicide. He will be speaking at 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the Palmetto Theater. The contact is Adriana Cantu of the Student Wellness Center.
April 15 – Ambassador Sichan Siv is an international best-selling author of “Golden Bones” - He escaped Cambodia’s killing fields in 1976 and will speak from 11 a.m. to noon in the Lago Vista room of the Cypress Campus Center.
