Alamo Colleges Awards Record Number of Degrees and Certificates

The Alamo Colleges continues to make significant progress on achieving greater student success, with a record 6,371 degrees and certificates awarded to students in FY 2013! The number of degrees and certificates awarded represents a 56% increase since 2006!

"This achievement reflects the progress we are making in our purposeful effort to increase the number of our students who successfully complete their educational goals with us,” said Alamo Colleges Chancellor Dr. Bruce Leslie. “Our ability to produce increasing numbers of students who complete their education and technical training makes the Alamo Colleges an essential contributor to the local economy, supplying the skilled labor force critical to the growth and viability of existing companies and new prospective employers,” he added.
