Become a Student Ambassador
The San Antonio College Student Ambassador program is
seeking new members for the 2014-15 academic year. Members will serve as leaders in the college community, representing SAC
both on and off campus.
The Student Ambassador program promotes college engagement,
encouragement and peer understanding to new, current and prospective students.
Student Ambassadors represent the College’s diversity of backgrounds,
interests, talents, opinions, experiences and fields of study.
Responsibilities of a Student Ambassador include welcoming
visitors during public events and engaging in college activities to promote
leadership and positive relationships. Student Ambassadors also participate in
many college committees to provide student input and perspective.
The program is open to all currently enrolled San Antonio
College students with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. For their service,
Ambassadors receive incentives and stipends for their service, including certificates,
recommendations and scholarships.
