Your transcript has a new look!

Your transcript has a new look!  Instead of receiving a single Alamo Colleges District transcript, you will receive a set of transcripts that include a transcript for each of the colleges within the Alamo Colleges District (ACD) that you attended.  This change will not affect the cost or the way you request your transcript.  Your first request for a transcript will continue to be free. You will be charged a single fee for each request thereafter regardless of the number of transcripts in the set.  You will continue to request your transcript via ACES.

Additionally, you will now see three different GPA's on your transcript.

  1. The Institutional GPA is calculated based on all of the courses taken at the specific Alamo college.
  2. The ACD GPA  includes all of the courses taken at all of the colleges within the Alamo Colleges District.
  3. Overall GPA  includes all courses taken at any of the colleges of the Alamo Colleges District.  Additionally, the Earned Hours identified include total ACD hours, as well as non-ACD hours accepted as equivalent transfer coursework.

The Institutional GPA  and ACD GPA are calculated and appear for both the term and overall to date.  The description of each GPA is listed in the lower left-hand corner of the transcript.

If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate college Admissions & Records office.
