Please make sure to provide the following information during your Web Advising session.
Web Advising Checklist:
- Provide your full name
- Provide your Banner ID (What is my Banner ID?)
- Provide a copy of your picture ID (Required for processing for submission of documents)
- Any requests to alter student information (i.e. Requests to drop a class before census, Schedule changes) must be sent via Alamo ACES e-mail accounts.
*Parents/Guardians: If you are a parent/guardian seeking information on behalf of your student, a Consent to Release Family Education Right to Privacy Act (FERPA) Protected Student Information form on file is required.
