The focus of our library instruction program is on helping students acquire the skills to search for, evaluate, and use information effectively and efficiently. Faculty-requested instruction sessions in our lab allow students to get hands-on practice in the research skills they will need for assignments and for college-level research in general. Faculty librarians can also collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy objectives into course syllabi and assignments.
