Tickets generally go on sale 1 week before a production/event opens. Please view our "Frequently Asked Questions" below. If you have further questions, comments, or if there is anything we can do to make your artistic experience even better, please contact our Box Office Manager.

We are excited to welcome you, your family and friends to the Palmetto Center for the Arts!

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office located in the Palmetto Center for the Arts. When you enter the building from the parking lot off of Wiseman Road, we are the first room on the left hand side. 

When can I buy tickets?

Advance tickets can be purchased at our Box office between the hours of 9:00 to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Ticket sales vary for each production/event, please check the Calendar of Events for specific information or give us a call at (210) 486-4527.

How can I pay for my tickets?

We accept cash or check at the Box office. Some productions/events will accept credit card payment online using the Alamo colleges Marketplace https://secure.touchnet.com/C20015_ustores/web/index.jsp and click on Alamo Colleges Events.

 Please check the Calendar of Events for specific ticket sales on each event.

How do I reserve tickets?

You can reserve tickets by calling our reservation line at (210) 486-4527 and leaving the requested information. You may also place your reservation via email by sending an email to NVC-Palmettoevents@alamo.edu with the following information:

-Your first and last name
-A phone number you can be reached at
-The name and date of the event that you would like to attend
-The number of tickets you need

I called and left my reservation on the Palmetto Center for the Arts voice mail. Why hasn't anyone called me back?

We are sorry that we may not be able to return every reservation message, but if you left us a voice mail then we got your reservation and will have your tickets waiting at the box office the night of your event! If there is any sort of problem with your reservation, or if we need more information in order to complete your reservation, we will give you a call back. Be sure to leave your number clearly so we can reach you if need be.

Can I bring food and drinks with me to the show?

Food and drinks are not allowed inside our theatres. Occasionally, we have various student or faculty/staff organizations that provide or sell concessions in the lobby, but even then we ask that you please keep those items in the lobby.
