Students expecting to complete their degree requirements this Spring 2012 or Summer 2012 (with no more than two classes to complete the degree) must meet with an advisor for a degree review. The advisor will guide the students to the graduation application once it is determined that they have met the degree requirements.
Degree completion candidates will receive an email via their ACES email account notifying them that their application has been received.
Don’t delay! The deadline to submit your graduation application March 31, 2012. Now is the time to visit with an academic advisor to avoid missing the deadline.
Please note students who meet the March 31, 2012 graduation application deadline will be considered for participation in the May 2012 commencement.

There is no cost for graduation. The diploma, cap, and gown are provided by the Alamo Colleges. Also, remember that you don't have to participate in the ceremony in order to receive your diploma. However, you still need to apply for graduation as you approach completion of a program.
