VIA Reduced Fare Bus Cards

These cards are ideal for occasional bus riders. The cards are FREE and allow you to receive a discount each time you ride.

*** ATTENTION STUDENTS:  Semester Bus Passes are purchased at the NVC Business Office *** 

How can I get one?

• Visit our office and present your Student ID Card. You must be currently enrolled with your tuition paid in full or be on the installment plan.

How do I use it?

• Students must present the Reduced Fare Bus Card when paying their fare.
• Please have exact fare. Bus operators do not carry change.
• VIA requires that a student’s residence lie within the Bexar County City Limits.
• State Law requires that the student be in regular attendance.
• Student must be earning academic credit. (Continuing Education students are not eligible.)
