"Andy Scheri exemplifies the values of collaboration and teamwork whether it is working on workforce initiatives with faculty and staff at Northwest Vista College, with one of our sister colleges, or with our business partners.
Since mid-August, Andy has worked with district staff and colleagues at our sister colleges through a skills development grant to respond quickly to, and implement a variety of training for employees of numerous Toyota suppliers while production is temporarily shut down. She has built productive working relationships with the suppliers. In fact, the companies have given NVC high marks for the training our instructors have provided. They know NVC will deliver a quality product, and this is due in large part to Andy’s diligence and follow through."
