Alamo Colleges Foundation Scholarship
As one of the Alamo Colleges, we have an online Application for Scholarships through the Alamo Colleges Foundation. By submitting one application, you are considered for over thirty different scholarships!
The 2018-2019 Scholarship Application opens Monday, Jan. 8, 2018. Scholarship recipient selections are made throughout the academic year. If you submitted a scholarship application anytime in 2017, you must apply again beginning Jan. 8, 2018, to be considered for Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 scholarships. Those selected to receive a scholarship are notified by email.

- Final Deadline: Sunday, September 9, 2018

Texas-STEM and Allied Health Challenge Scholarship
Palo Alto College is proud to announce the Texas-STEM and Allied Health Challenge Scholarship, valued at up to $2,500 per year for students.
Eligibility Requirements
- Complete the Alamo Colleges Foundation Scholarship Application.
- Be a declared STEM major (Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Math, Physical Science, Allied Health, etc.)*
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in high school Math and Science courses
- Submit an official high school transcript to the Scholarship Office, located in Executive Offices 163
- Agree to complete 30 hours (Fall, Spring & Summer)
- Complete 80% of coursework per semester
- Men between the ages of 18 and 25 must be registered with the Selective Service System
- Financial need is not required
- Additional requirements may apply
*Eligible majors include biological and physical sciences, computer and information sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering and a variety of allied health degrees.
The T-STEM and Allied Health Challenge Scholarship will review applications submitted via the online application. Students that have already applied using the online application do not need to reapply.
