Catherine Chapa - Director, Institutional Research, Planning & Effectiveness
- Direct Institutional Research and Grants
- Direct the annual unit planning and strategic processes
- Serve as the Achieving the Dream College Data Team Chair
- Develop a comprehensive resource development plan for the college
- Develop and manage Institutional Research and Grants budget(s)

Robert Aguinaga - Manager, Institutional Research, Planning & Effectiveness
- Design, conduct, and publish studies in support of planning, and institutional effectiveness performance measures
- Develop databases and produce annual reports
- Provide technical expertise to departments in the design, implementation, and interpretation of instruments and methodology to assess effectiveness

Lanette Garza - Research Specialist
- Perform research using on-line computer research products, District reports, periodicals, etc.
- Prepare grant applications/reports/unit plans
- Assist in maintaining departmental library by locating new resources, ordering materials, and filing properly
