Library Instruction Request Form

The LRC faculty provide sessions on how to use the library. The sessions may include instruction on how to identify, access, evaluate and use information resources. Library instruction must be requested two weeks before the requested date. We recommend placing your request(s) at the beginning of the semester to better ensure availability.

We suggest that

• the classroom instructor be with the students at the library session
• students have already been assigned the research that the library faculty will be addressing
• the classroom instructor provide the librarian with a copy of the assignment.
