The Department of Kinesiology & Health regards the study of movement and health as a basic skill to the development of lifetime wellness skills. Our courses are geared to help students improve their personal health, promote the practice of healthy behaviors, live longer and improve overall quality of life. Further, our courses are designed to promote a sense of worth and well-being.
