On the transcript request page, you can request an official transcript online or by submitting the transcript request form.

Student should allow 5 - 7 days working days for the transcripts to be processed. Transcripts are no longer printed on site.

Requesting a Transcript

If you would like to request an official transcript:

Log in to ACES 

  1. Click on Student Tab
  2. Click on Student and Financial Aid
  3. Click on Student Records
  4. Click on Academic Transcript
  5. Click on Request Printed Transcripts link to complete form

If you are unable to log in to ACES:

  1. Print the transcript request form listed below
  2. Transcript Request Form  
  3. Fill out all the information
  4. Student can either fax, mail or walk in the request form to the Admissions and Records Department.

The forms allow you to change, update, verify, request, add and/or drop items from your record.
