Transfer Guides / 2+2 Programs

Through the years, Palo Alto College has established relationships with surrounding universities to create a smooth transition for students who are transferring.  Our Transfer Center has centralized the transfer guides and has provided steps for a student to begin the process of transferring to another institution.  Should you have any questions regarding the transfer guides, contact the Center for Academic Transitions at (210) 486-3131 or a STEM advisor.
