What is ACES?
Alamo Colleges Educational Services (ACES) is an online portal of the Alamo Colleges designed to allow students to perform a variety of functions related to their educational pursuits. Students can also monitor the status of their financial aid applications including outstanding financial aid requirements & award details.
What can students check?
For financial aid, students can check or obtain

What is my ACES e-mail?
Your ACES e-mail, which can also be accessed through ACES, will be the official mode of communication between you & the Alamo Colleges. It is important for students to check their ACES e-mail on a regular basis, failure to do so could result in missed deadlines, unsatisfied requirements, or other important updates.

What if I don’t have a computer and can’t check my ACES?
For students who may not have a computer contact your college to inquire about an on campus computer lab where you can access your ACES account. For a list of contact numbers go to Getting Started & click on The Colleges.
