College For Kids Coming Soon...

Are you afraid your kids are falling behind during the summer? Want your kids to have a head start when they start school in the fall? Feed your child’s brain this summer. Enroll them in SAC’s College for Kids summer programs!  

San Antonio College for Kids, a summertime program from the Continuing Education Training Department at SAC, can keep your child engaged this summer. The program offers fun educational opportunities for students who might fall behind during the summer or who just want to get a head start for the next school year. College for Kids (CFK) is academic- and enrichment-based. The program offers courses for students in elementary and middle school, grades third through eighth.  

Students may register for morning or afternoon classes in Math, Reading, Art, Writing and Computer Skills. 

There will be two summer sessions:   

CFK Session I  

June 9 thru June 27 

CFK Session II  

July 7 thru July 25 

CFK is held Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost of camp is $160 per course. Morning class are held from 9 a.m. to noon. Afternoon classes are held from 1 to 4 p.m. 

Early drop off is available starting at 7:30 a.m. for an extra $45. Also, for an additional $45, late pick-up is available from 4 to 5:30 p.m. 

Registration Process: 

Registration is currently open. To register for College For Kids, meet with CFK Staff in the Continuing Education Annex on the SAC Campus, Room D403. Registration forms can be processed and turned in at the Fletcher Administration Center, Room 202. Payment can be made in the Business Office in the Fletcher Administration Center, Room 201.

College for Kids Orientation Night for Parents and Students will be held on Thursday, June 5, for the first session and Thursday, June 28 for the second session. The orientation will be held in the Visual Arts and Technology Center, Room 120 from 6 to 7 p.m.
