I have submitted transcripts from the following colleges/universities to Admission & Records at San Antonio College:

1. I will provide copies of current official transcripts from each college/university from which required academic courses were taken.
These courses will be evaluated at the time of the scheduled advisement appointment with an Emergency Medical Technician
    faculty member.

2. I understand that only admitted students who have completed the admission process will be allowed to register for EMT classes.
Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. If a student does not pay tuition and fees on time, they will be at risk of losing
their slot. If admitted students decline or do not register, alternate pool students will be contacted for admission.

San Antonio College is an equal opportunity college. Students are admitted without regard to race, nationality, color, creed, religion,
sex or disability. The college also complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Information about age, sex and
ethnicity is required by the American Dental Association Commission on Accreditation and does not influence admission decisions.
