Internet Certification

Welcome!

The Alamo Community Colleges require faculty who wish to teach online or teach blended courses to be "internet certified." That means a faculty member has completed the training, course development, and review process for designing, developing, and demonstrating best practices in online instruction.

If you are interested in teaching on the internet I am here to help you and I invite you to visit the various links on this web site to inform you of the process and procedures for certification.

If your review of the links on this web site does not answer your questions, please let me know.

Fred O. Kinman
Internet Faculty Coordinator

In addition to the Internet Faculty Certification, San Antonio College is in the process of updating the Administrative Certification/Evaluation Training process in line with the adoption of Blackboard Vista.
