Basic Skills Enrichment Programs (BSEP) is one of the programs offered by the Academic Development Department at San Antonio College.
BSEP offers non-credit classes to help you do your best when taking placement tests and credit classes.

Our Mission

Basic Skills Enrichment Programs upgrades the academic skills of developmental students in English, mathematics, and reading by using a variety of teaching methods and instructional formats in a non-course-based setting. It is the intent of the program to accept students at their present level of academic skills and, by upgrading those skills, to help students achieve their individual goals.

BSEP offers the flexibility you need to achieve your personal goals on your terms. Work on your own at your own pace and schedule or join a class or workshop. Get the type of support you want and need! Our staff will visit with you to assess your unique situation and help you choose the review methods that are best for you.
