The Computer Assistant Certificate provides basic computer skills for personal use or entry-level employment in business. The certificate includes: keyboarding (touch typing) skill; 10-key skill; paper and electronic-based record keeping principles; and word processing; spreadsheet, database, and graphics software packages. Microsoft Office 2002 (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and WordPerfect software applications are included.
