Whether you are a current student or interested in attending San Antonio College, as Dean I can assure you that our faculty and staff are eager to assist you in making your learning experience as positive and meaningful as possible. Our students can earn a degree in chosen majors, and participate in service-learning internships. Some Arts and Sciences departments have cross disciplines with the Division of Professional and Technical Education that enable students to earn certificates. Bottom line: the Division of Arts and Sciences offers a strong, transferable academic foundation for ambitious students who wish to continue their education.

Biography

Dr. Conrad D. Krueger Sr. began his academic career as a full-time nontraditional student at San Antonio College at the age of 32. He obtained an Associate in Applied Science, and continued his education to obtain a Masters in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He earned his Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Texas A & M University at Corpus Christi. 

In 1994, he joined the Mathematics department as a faculty member. During his tenure, he served as Evening and Adjunct Coordinator and the Department Chairperson for four years in each role. Also during this time, he served on and chaired numerous departmental, college, district, state, and national committees and panels.
 
He enjoys fishing, going to the gym, jogging, and spending time with his family, which includes his wife, four children, and two grandchildren.
