HealthFest, an information expo from San Antonio College Kinesiology Department and the Wellness Committee.

 Free and open to the public with more than 55 exhibitors

 Come for the information, stay for the door prizes and demonstrations.

ADD’L DETAILS
Services include:  blood pressure testing, cholesterol testing,  and blood sugar testing.

Demonstrations include: Cardio kickboxing, Latin cardio, Tai Chi, Boot Camp, spin biking, fencing, self defense, and Dance Expressions.
