San Antonio College is celebrating Black History Month in February with a series of events that are free and open to the public.

  This year's theme, "At the Crossroads of Freedom and Equality: The Emancipation Proclamation and the March on Washington," corresponds with the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, and the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington.
