Technology Training Program for Faculty & Staff:

As part of the College Technology Plan, funding was allocated to establish the Technology Training Program for all of the faculty, staff, and administrators at San Antonio College. The focus of this training is on computer and on-line technology that can help each individual perform his/her job more effectively.

As a result of the similarity of some of the instruction already being provided for the faculty in the Instructional Innovation Center, it was selected as a location from which the Technology Training Program would operate. Charlotte Wolf, Director and Instructional Designer of the Instructional Innovation Center was also selected as Director of the Technology Training Program in order that both operations could be coordinated in a way that each might complement but not interfere with the other.

Most of the instructors for this program will be voluntary campus experts. Instruction for the Technology Training Program will take place not only in the Instructional Innovation Center but in other labs across the San Antonio College campus.
