AV Equipment Circulation
Various types of audiovisual equipment are available for classroom
or other instructional use. These materials can either be delivered
to a specific on-campus location or be picked up by the faculty
member.
To schedule your equipment needs, please call 733-2500 or stop
by MLC 419. 24-hour advanced notice is required to reserve your
audiovisual equipment. The following information is needed to
schedule classroom use of audiovisual equipment:
- Instructor's name & phone number
- Department / Class
- Event date & time
- Building / room number

OTHER SERVICES OFFERED
Media Collection
Certain media materials in the collection are available to students
for in house viewing use ONLY in order to ensure access and availability
to faculty and staff. Other materials are available for home use
by students, provided that the borrower maintains a good borrowing
record with the Library and abides by the borrowing time restrictions
placed upon the materials.
Audio Tape Duplication
A high-speed audio cassette duplication machine is available for
duplication of foreign language lessons or professor's test reviews.
There is no cost for these services. Students are required to
provide blank cassette(s) for the recording of materials. Duplication
of copyright protected materials is not permitted, unless a letter
of permission from the copyright holder is provided to Media Services
prior to duplication procedure.
Listening / Viewing Area
Listening stations are available for students to view videotapes
or listen to audio recordings. Two private study rooms are available
for small group viewing of media materials.
Flip Charts & Stands
Flip charts and stands can be loaned for meetings, programs, or
classroom use. Although there is no charge for paper used, markers
are not provided.
Media Preview
Media previews can be arranged for the potential purchase and/or
rental of audiovisual materials for classroom use.

Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
