Project Descriptions and Benefits:
Develop a web based knowledgebase for our end users and technical staff with easy access to technical information and solutions. The knowledge and solution database will be maintained by our technical services staff and help improve consistency, solution accuracy and timeliness of support provided to our San Antonio College clients.
Project Deliverables:
  • A central web based knowledge management tool for technical support.
  • Define knowledgebase users and configurations
  • Training for Support Staff.
Progress Update:
The project began April 2009 and is expected to be completed by August 2009. IT employees from OTS and other areas of San Antonio College will use this knowledgebase for technical reference as they work towards resolving client technical issues and problems. End users will also have access to this knowledgebase for self-help information.
