There are four summer camp programs offered at the Scobee Education Center for the summer of 2017.

The Astronauts in Training camp being held June 12-16 is already filled and a waiting list has been started.  There only a single spot remaining in the Cosmic Kids Camp (3-5th Grades) June 26-30!  Several registrations still remains for the Explorers Camp (6-8 Grades) July 10-14 and Camp Challenger for Girls (6-8 Grade) July 24-28.  The 2017 Girls STEM Summit is full, so registering for the Camp Challenger Girls STEM Camp is the only way for middle school age girls to gain access to this important event.
Go to this San Antonio College link for these camps and others offered at SAC this summer:  http://alamo.edu/sac/summercamps/

GIRLS STEM Summit REGISTRATION IS Now CLOSED!  Registration for this event is filled and information will be sent to each registered girl for more details.

The only access to the Girls STEM Summit at this time is through the paid registration for the Camp Challenger All-Girls Camp that includes the STEM Summit programming.  Check back for openings as the summer progresses.  Girls in 6th to 12th grades.  Our goal is to encourage girls to look beyond the walls of their high schools, their homes, and their imagination to explore the possibilities of careers in STEM fields. We want them to hear from women working in these fields and hear their stories about how they reached their goals of being a successful female working in amazing STEM fields. The day will include a panel of speakers, hands on activities and many more events. Lunch will be provided on this day. Let’s get excited about STEM Ladies!
